A fixed payment is required at the time of booking, payment is for serious room rental buyers. Acceptable payment methods will be listed on the website. Room location and room owner's phone number will be provided after payment.

After booking the room, the user should talk to the room owner and see the room. Users are responsible for any damages to the property during their stay and must adhere to the house rules provided by the property owner.
